HB secures license for banking operation sin Russia

Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that it secured a license for the conduct of banking operations in Russia, which has been issued by the Central Bank of Russia. Further to the registration of its subsidiary Limited Liability Company Commercial Bank “Hellenic Bank″ to the Russian Registry by the Central Bank of Russia in February 2009 and the payment of the capital, the issue of the license completes the procedure for the safeguard of a license for banking operations in Russia.
