C.T.O: Agreement of Lemeco for lease of plot and factory against €1.41m

The Board of Directors of C.T.O. Public Company Ltd announces that its subsidiary Lemeco Silver Trading Ltd reached an agreement for the acquisition of a lease right on a plot in Limassol Industrial Area together with the factory situated on it, which is near the existing plant of C.T.O Public Ltd against €1,410,000.

The agreement is subject to the approval of the competent department of the Commerce Ministry.
