ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION OF GREEK LAW 3556/2007 & OF CYPRUS LAW 116(Ι)/2005
Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces in accordance to Greek Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and the Cyprus Law 116(Ι)/2005, that on 26/05/2009 Provident Fund of Employees of The Cyprus Popular Bank Ltd and its Subsidiaries, that can be considered as closely associated to person discharging managerial responsibilities within the Bank, Mr Demetris Playbel, Directors – Risk Management, proceeded with the sale of 220.000 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value €507.364,89.
