CSE: Transfer of titles of Avacom to Alternative Market
The CSE Council announces the transfer of the titles of Avacom Public Company Ltd from the Special Category Market to the Alternative Market, pursuant to Provision 2.2.5 of KDP 596/2005, which concerns the cases of transfer of companies to the markets they belonged to, as soon as the reasons that led to their transfer do not longer exist.
It is reminded that Avacom Public Company Ltd was trading in the Special Category Market from May 7, 2009 due to a significant uncertainty that might display a significant doubt as to the Group’s ability to continue with its activities, pursuant to the auditors’ report for the year ended 31/12/2007.
The trading of its titles in the Alternative Market will commence on Thursday, June 4, 2009.
