Muskita: Board meeting on 29/7 for dividend dates
We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Muskita Aluminium Industries Plc will meet on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at 6.00 pm to set the record date, the ex-dividend date and the payment date of the final dividend.
It is reminded that at the meeting held on 27/4/2009, the Board of Directors decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting the payment of a dividend of €0.07 per share, that is, 41% on the nominal value of the share that stands at €5,775,000. The dividend above stems by €234,800 from the profits of 2007, by €5,469,238 from the profits of 2008 and by €70.962 from the redenomination of the share capital in euros.
The decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced following their approval and prior to the next CSE session.
