USB: BoD meeting on 27/08 for Capital Base

Further to our announcement dated 20/7/2009, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of USB BANK PLC will hold a meeting on 27/08/09 to discuss and examine the reinforcement of the Bank’s capital base.
