C.T.O: Six-month results 2009

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of C.T.O Public Company Ltd announces that:
At the meeting held on Monday, August 24, 2009, the Board of Directors examined and approved the unaudited financial statements for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2009.
The results are attached. The results will not be posted to the shareholders but the consolidated profit and loss account for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2009 accompanied by the Interim Management Statement will be published in the newspaper.
Copies will be available free of charge at the Secretary’s office, 2 Kleomenous, 1st floor, 1061 Nicosia (tel. 22452600).
