USB: Profit Warning for final results 2009

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, USB BANK PLC announces that the results for 2009 will be lower compared to the corresponding results of 2008 as a result of the economic recession and the strong competition.
