RAI: Profit Warning for final results 2009

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, RAI Consultants Public Ltd announces that the consolidated results for 2009 are expected to be lower than those of 2008.

This is attributable to the drop in the Company’s turnover.
