Woolworth reduces number of Board members

Due to the change of the Company’s activities and within the framework of the reorganization of its organizational and administrative structure, Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Public Ltd announces that the number of Board members has been reduced from 18 to 9:
Messrs. Pambos Ioannides and Andreas Louroutziatis have been appointed as new members of the Board of Directors, while Messrs. Michalakis Koniotis, Michalis Michaelides, Marios Kambenelas, Demetris Mouskos, Panikos Papadakis, Neophytos Rodas, Dimosthenis Z. Severis, Menelaos Z. Severis, Menelaos K. Siakolas, Georgios Sirimis, Evanthis Hadjimitsis and Kyriakos Christofis have resigned.
The new Board of Directors is, therefore, as follows: Nikos K. Siakolas (Executive Chairman), Renos Solomides, Marios N. Siakolas, Pambos Ioannides, Marios Savvides, Andreas Louroutziatis, Eleni N. Siakola, Marios Panayides and Demetris Demetriou.
