C.T.O: Board meeting on 23/3 for dividend

Pursuant to the provisions of the CSE Law and Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of C.T.O. Public Company Ltd will meet on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 to examine the possible payment of an interim dividend to the shareholders.
