The Company announces that it will pay an interim dividend for 2009 of €0.005 per ordinary share of nominal value €0.09 each, that is, 5.56% on the nominal value of the ordinary share to the shareholders.
The record date will be on Wednesday, April 14, 2010. The shareholders registered on the record date or hold securities based on an off-floor transfer which will be completed by the record date, are the beneficiaries of the dividend. The ex-dividend date will be April 12. 2010.
The dividend will be paid to the shareholders by April 30, 2010.
