C.T.O: Final results 2009 - AGM on 17/6

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, C.T.O Public Company Ltd announces that:
At the meeting held on April 29, 2010 at 12.00 pm at the Company’s Head Office, the Board of Directors decided the following:
1. Approval of final results for the year ended December 31, 2009
The Board of Directors examined and approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2009. The net profit for 2009 stands at €2,248,665 after the deduction of tax.
The results are attached. Copies will be available at the Secretary’s office, 2 Kleomenous, 1061 Nicosia.
2. Setting of AGM date
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 11.00 am at the Company’s Head Office, Larnaca Free Trade Zone.
