Karyes: Lower losses for six-month results 2012

We wish to inform you that pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the results for the first half of 2012 will show lower losses compared to the corresponding results of 2011. This is mostly attributable to the lower losses of the Company’s investment portfolio in the first half of 2012.
