Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of ADHP Holdings Co Ltd announces that:
The Board of Directors will meet on Monday, January 26, 2009 at 10.00 am at the Company’s registered office to examine the preliminary results for 2008.
