We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on April 29, 2014, the Board of Directors of Ishis Holdings & Investments Public Ltd examined and approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2013.

The Board of Directors also decided that the Annual General Meeting take place on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 4.00 pm at the Secretary’s office, 44 Makariou Avenue, Kronos Court, 1077 Nicosia.
