C.T.O.: Board changes

The Board of Directors announces the resignation of Mr. Oratios Hadjigeorgiou from his position as Board member with effect from November 29, 2010. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Hadjigeorgiou for his contribution to the Company.

The Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Alexis Mavromatis as Board member with effect from November 29, 2010.
