MFS: Q1 results 2006 on 29/5

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of MFS Holdings Public Company Ltd will meet on Monday, May 29, 2006 to examine and approve the unaudited consolidated results for the three months ended March 31, 2006.

The results will be announced prior to the CSE session on May 30, 2006.
