CSE: Sea Star removed from FTSE/ CySE 20 – Replaced by CTO
The Cyprus Stock Exchange would like to inform the investing public on a differentiation in the composition of FTSE/ CySE 20 Index.
Specifically, the share of Sea Star Capital Plc will be removed from the FTSE/ CySE 20 Index and will be replaced by the share of C.T.O. Public Company Ltd, which is included in the Reserve List.
This decision was taken pursuant to Rule 6.5.1 of the FTSE/ CySE 20 Index Management Rules, which states that if a company of FTSE/ CySE 20 Index remains in the Special Category Market for a period of more than 30 calendar days, it must be removed from the Index on the 31st calendar day.
This change will be effective from Thursday, June 9, 2011.
