CSE: Transfer of Telia titles to Special Characteristics Market

The CSE Council decided to transfer the titles of Telia Aqua Marine Public Ltd from the Alternative Market to the Special Characteristics Market as a result of the submission of the Public Offer by Mr. Frixos Koulermos to the shareholders of Telia Aqua Marine Public Ltd pursuant to Paragraph 2.2.3 (a) of KDP 326/2009 as amended.
The trading of its titles in the Special Characteristics Market will commence on Thursday, September 8, 2011.
It is noted that the CSE Council has already granted to Telia Aqua Marine Public Ltd a period of compliance of six months.
