Telia: BoD approved Independent Expert’s report on PO by Fr. Koulermos

The Board of Directors in the presence of Mr. Costas Charalambous and Mrs. Elli Hassikou met on 19/9/2011 at 11.30 am to examine and approve unanimously the report of the Independent Expert Ioannou & Theodoulou Ltd on the proposal of Mr. Frixos Koulermos for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Telia Aqua Marine Public Ltd.
