Telia BoD: PO by F. Koulermos is fair and reasonable

Further to its announcement dated September 19, 2011, which included the report of the Independent Expert, Ioannou & Theodoulou Ltd, the Board of Directors of Telia Aqua Marine Public Limited attaches its opinion on the Public Offer by Frixos Koulermos for the acquisition of up to 100% of the issued share capital of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of article 33 of the Takeover Bid Law 2007, N41(1)/2007.
