CSE: No transactions for Telia in view of squeeze out

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that pursuant to Article 5 of the Regulatory Decision on the clearing and settlement of transactions on the dematerialized securities of the Central Depository and the Central Registry, after accepting the public offer or the exercising of the squeeze out (KDP 96/2008), any transaction in relation to the securities of Telia Aqua Marine Public Ltd (TLA/ ΤΕΛΙ) will not be feasible.
This is due to the submission of a request for the exercise of a squeeze out by Mr. Frixos Koulermos, which had been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
This decision will be effective from November 3, 2011.
