CSE: Delisting of Telia

Pursuant to Article 178(1) of the CSE Law, the CSE Council in agreement with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission decided to delist the titles of Telia Aqua Marine Public Ltd (TLA/ ΤΕΛΙ) since it is no longer in line with the main listing requirement and the constant obligation on the dispersion of its share capital to the public, in view of the completion of the squeeze out by Mr. Frixos Koulermos.

Its titles will be delisted on Monday, December 19, 2011.
