Dodoni: EGM on 25/11 for expansion of operations

We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on Thursday, November 4, 2004, the Board of Directors of Dodoni Portfolio Investment Company Limited decided to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on November 25, 2004 to submit the Prospectus dated November 1, 2004 and examine the Company’s intention to expand its operations and be released from the investment companies.
