Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of C.T.O. Public Company Ltd announces that it will meet on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at 9.30 at 2 Kleomenous, 2nd floor, 1061 Nicosia, to examine the preliminary results for 2011.
