Dodoni: Final results 2005 – AGM on 29/6

At the meeting held on April 18, 2006, the Board of Directors of Dodoni Portfolio Investments Public Company Ltd decided the following:
1. Examined and approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2005. The results are attached. Copies will be available at the Company’s office, 54 Griva Digeni Avenue, Silvex Court, 6th floor, 1080 Nicosia.
2. Set the date for the Annual General Meeting, which will take place on Thursday, June 29, 2006 at 6.00 pm, 3rd floor, 54 Griva Digeni Avenue, Silvex Court, 6th floor, 1080 Nicosia.
